Sincerely, she's a gorgeous looking, young lady but the image here doesn't help her. Her pose is not flattering to her stomach along with the fact her clothing bares some of it. I'd have her turn slightly more toward the camera, though avoid direct on hips. Also, her hand looks awfully bright on my monitor and the human eye always goes to the brightest part of the image first, which really should be her face in this image.
Posting and lighting are the two things photographers struggle with the most--and actually the best selling books are on those two topics. This image is an example of that. Now that aside, the cropping and composition I really like. But move that distracting copyright to the side.
Since the Copyright Act of 1976 revision, you don't need a copyright notice, though I recommend you put one on every image, but unobtrusively. IF they are going to steal your images, which mine have been stolen, they will find a way to remove it anyways and web versions can't be used for anything but the web when done right.
