Hi fellow G1ers,

A REAL long time ago - the site was called garageglamour at the time, if I remember correctly - I was fascinated by a series of nice leg pictures. I really don't recall the photographer's name but he was a regular...

Now I think it's time to start a small series of mine on the subject. As always PLEASE C&C!

The first picure was really difficult to resize, I didn't succeed in minimizing the moire produced by reducing the resolution.

"Black Heels go Blue"

TIA&CU

I like it...but is that the reflection of your face on the heel?

You really got me nervous - but no, that reflection is the striplight I used.
I was about 4 feet away lying on the ground - using a 50 mm at f7.1.

Heh...didn't mean to make you nervous. The striplight is very cleanly reflected on the left side of the heel, but on the right side of the seam the reflection looks like a face to me. Probably just my brain wanting to make sense of the reflection...and failing miserably.

You're thinking, I believe, of David Moyle (?). Miss his series.

This, in my opinion, is really excellent. You even lined up the seam with the middle of the heel. And real stockings - nice job. Hope Dave sees it.

Thanks for sharing.

A real connaisseur. Thank you for the comment, coming from you it means a lot.

I was actually waiting for someone to make a remark about the creases - and having the opportunity to explain them Oh well.

Thanks for taking the time,

CU

Er, ... What about the creases? Why'd you do THAT? Can you explain? (OK, so I'm just being nice - but I'm flattered that my comment means anything to anybody, so I'll be your straight man.)

Anyone who appreciates a pair of real stockings on a great set of gams wouldn't question you about the creases.

The only improvement I could see to your photograph would be to use a sling-back shoe instead of a pump.

Thanks for your post. I hope to add to your revitalized theme in the future.

I can't shoot worth a plug nickel, but I do love great photos of legs in stockings and heels. This is a great photo - I found myself slowly panning down the seam as the picture opened on my screen. I was not disappointed!

I hope to see more of this type of photo in the future. We can never see too much of classic leg shots.

Thanks for sharing your talent.

Okay so its going to be me that ask I guess. I really like the shoot being nit picky which i assume your looking for. I have a few problems.

I really dont like the lose folds of stocking on both legs. The Heel of the stocking poking out bothers me as well.

Its easier to critique than shoot it I realize.
