Now, actually shooting my garage. Back to the future?

At a local grain elevator.

The crop in the first shot makes her appear to be crammed in the frame. Her arms are cut off a bit and that's somewhat bothersome. The second shot is much better IMO. I like how her complexion contrasts with the white background. Was this a natural or mixed light shot?

By looking at her eyes, I see 2 light sources; reflectors? strobes? reflection off something in the background behind the photog?

Thanks for your c/c.

Light all natural, with a 4'x4' building insulation panel with 2 silver windshield reflectors clamped on. I like the results, but sure hard to control in breeze. About $6 all in all.

Both shots have little shadow. Might be what you wanted but shadow causes depth so she looks wide. The second shot I agree is the best of the two but I'm not comfortable with your pose. She looks muscular and you've managed to hide all the different muscles in her arm. (no shadows)

used a reflector to lighten the shadows (the 14 yr old owner of the skateboard was too happy to help)

(There is this rule, you could be banned for breaking the rules, its called rule ten. Go look it up)

Thanks for sharing your set-up. I'm still learning how to control natural light.

Keep shooting,
