Model, lighting and pose all excellent. The double set of straps is very distracting to me.

I find a competition for my attention - those incredibly beautiful eyes grab my attention immediately, but then the white text on the black shirt causes it to be pulled away, then back, then away again ...
I kinda think you'd have a stronger glamour image if you'd crop above the white printing.
I also find your red copyright a bit distracting, because it's difficult for me to read.
I really like how the red of her lips is nearly matched to the red straps, and in contrast to SteveB, I don't find them distracting.
The preceeding has been is my completely unqualified opinion and is probably worth less than it's costing you. Take with many grains of salt.

I agree with jford. Skin is a little too smooth, so it looks over processed, but as an "ideal" very pretty. Second catch light could be removed and eyes enhanced to balance with the rest of the saturation.
