First, I think you need to work on the facial expressions. The current expression looks forced and she really doesn't look happy. For new models, you can often try the "vowel" trick to get a good expression.

Next, the face looks sort of splotchy. I can't tell whether its shadows from leaves and things, or what. The lighting doesn't really look natural, but somehow artificial. One goal of this type of photo is to make it look like the lighting is real for the scene. Overall this shot looks a little to warm for my taste.

With models that are a little on the plus side, you must carefully deal with how they are dressed and how they are posed. In this case the outfit adds to the appearance of extra weight. The sleeve on the right, for example, is too short and creeps up the arm. In this case if that arm had had its hand placed on the hip it would have made it appear more slender. The other arm should have been pulled back out of view all together which would give the bust line better definition against the tree background.

The model looks like she is slouching or leaning back against the tree. Right before shooting a shot like this have the model take a deep breath and suck in her tummy.
