Shot this image under a tree with sunlight coming through the leaves then experimented with a few photoshop layers and special effects to see what the results would be.

Awesome shot.


This really works for the model - the shadows are in flattering spots and the overall image is stunning. I have a hard time with this the contrast and knowing when it WILL work for me and when it will not, so I have generally tried to avoid it - but you have given me a example where is works favorably and I may just stop shying away from shooting more.
