Penstar,

Welcome to Glamour 1. While you have a nice snapshot of a very pretty girl, I don't see it as a glamour shot. A glamour shot, IMO, has more sexy elements to it than the shot you've posted. I will say you did a nice job on exposure. Try showing more of your model in an alluring pose, sexy clothing, warm lighting, etc. Keep trying and posting and getting critiques and you'll get better with experience.

Penstar,

In addition to what has been said, glamour should show some feeling, mood, emotion. The girl you have is lovely.. nice eyes and lips, so play that up in the shots. As LSC said... alluring. IT is more about emotion ... it is the way the model expresses herself.
