Sorry, there a little too large for me to view easily. Since the average browser will bein a monitor at 1024 x768, you should keep the max width at about 750 pixels and the max height at 600 pixels. That we all of us will be able to see the full image all at once.
Cheers,
rfs

They are sized fine now...

My biggest issues are that they both seem soft to me and I would like to see more light in the eyes. On the first one I would do some work under her left eye. I also dont really care for her hands in that shot.

They were actually planned to make the hairdos to pop up from everything in the shot.... I dont know if I got the effect but that was the original idea....they are going to be used as an ad for a local beauty shop

might be a better idea to use lighting and composition to make the hair-doo pop and stand-out rather than focus.

The originals are really sharp... I just like to soften them, just a matter of personal taste rather than technical difficulties .shooting at 125 f 16 is really hard to get something out of focus, lol.

thanks for reviewing my work
