A nice pleasant portrait style snapshot. But the cropping is a little off. Generally a shot like this will work better by cropping above the elbow, not below it. Also having her rotate a bit more toward the camera will give a better bust line. Also you must always pay attention to how what the model is wearing is going to effect her apparent weight. The way the blouse is ballooning out (assuming she is thinner), make her look as if she if very heavy in the mid-drift area. Since your so tight on her, the columns tended to compress together and come out with too much distracting white in the right area of the photo. I would tend to crop out the base of each column to get rid of that distraction. So I would crop right below the bust line. But this will only work well if she is rotated more toward the camera, as already mentioned.
