Like I said, I'm big amateur and just entering in this beautiful field of photography.
There are two photos that I did last days and would like some help about this conversions. Specially about the second one. I did not managed to obtain good sepia look(some help over sepia conversion would be appriciated) and that is why would like to have all kind of comments as a help.
I was using Photoshop CS. Conversions I did because the original color was not good eather so sometime conversions can help.
Thanks

I like the first image, but the girl on the left look gigantic compared to the other., Maybe get them to equal heights? Only a suggestion.

Thanks, I agree about the differance between two models......

Considering the second photo and sepia conversion, does anybody have some instruction to give as a regular procedure how to obtain the normal sepia look of the photos?

Here is what I do in post.

If the image is rgb color I convert to grayscale then convert it back to rgb.

In color balance in midtones I add a certain amount of red, a certain amount of Magenta and a certain amount of yellow. Click click click....done.

Of course I consider this more of a brown tone than sepia.

Another method is to add a a blank layer above your image. Set the blending mode of the blank layer to color. With your paint bucket tool in PS Fill the blank layer with a color from the swatches or use the color picker to select a color. Reduce opacity to get the efect you want. I normally use between 6-8%. If you want a different tint just select a new color from the swatches or color picker and fill the blank layer.
