Hmm...I'd suggest a reflector to brighten her up a bit. With the sun so bright, a white one may do just fine. If you go with a gold or silver metallic it may be too much and make her squint. Just my thoughts. =)

hmmm. from the modeling standpoint (the photographers on here may or may not agree with me on any of this..)
I dont really know what your goal outcome for this image is, so disregard if I say anything that has nothing to do with what you were trying to accomplish..

For a glamour shot, I cant see enough of her eyes, so I dont "feel" anything when I look at the image. There was a post on here a while ago about how to keep a model from squinting in the sun, what I do is close my eyes while the photogrpaher counts to 3, and open them right before the shot.
Was this a portrait photo shoot (like senior pics or something), or a practice (TFP) type shoot. Is she a model? I will have more to add once I know that kinda stuff.

Her smile is very cute, and she looks very comfortable with you. =)

Thanks! Reflector is a good idea - lighting is way too "Flat" without one while shooting here against the sun.

Eyes: I totally agree! I'll try to use those techniques with her.

As to Your question, Terrace - this is just one shot I took walking in Moscow with her (my girlfriend). I'm happy, you see that she is comfortable with me

To be faithfull, I don't pretend to be a photographer at all - I'm just starter in amauter portrait photography. (Moving from landscapes)

Landscape is out of focus maybe your camera is focused on the lovely lady who is blocking your shot.
