Nice shot - I like the way you have dealt with this - Black and White seems approrpiate.
I just do not like her expression. Hope you have some with a freindlier and more inviting expression.

I would suggest using barndoors or a grid to focus light onto the models face only. Then do a very light touch of fill light. Maybe a 4:1 ratio. The older images of the 20's and 30's seemed to focus light on the face when doing boudoir photography.
