The skin tones look extremely red to me. Aside from that. I would suggest that a vertical crop would probably work better here. You have her dead center of a horizontal crop and the dead space on both sides isnt adding anything. Remember that we see things in a horizontal view all the time. Vertical stands out in the human eye. It makes us look closer.

I hadn't noticed it until you mentioned it, but the face does look a little red. Centering the subject is a bad habit that I need to break. Thanks for your Comments Scott.

Hey there Bill,

You may also want to add a "hair" light to add some highlights in her hair. Also the pose is a bit static as well try having one shoulder turned closer to the camera than the other to add depth.

Just my two cents...

Not sure what lens you were using but she looks a bit distorted to me. The shoulders look real narrow. At first I thought turning the body some as mentioned before, but this would narrow them more. If you were to lower your shooting angle a bit, to about the same height as the pendant, it might reduce this affect.
Pretty face and I know there are redhead fans out here so keep pluggin' away.

I agree with the point made that she is too centered for a horizontal crop and also that her skin appears too pink. Try practicing with off center compostions if you want to shoot horizontally, and face her looking slightly towards the more open end of the crop. You might like the difference.

Example.
