All comments welcome - but I do know and understand the problem with the green tint - coming for the green walls - just have no resolution yet

one thing you can do to rid skin of a color tint is click on a hotspot on the model's face, not a blown out hot spot just a highlight, usually there's one on the tip of the nose...anyway open a curves layer, select the white eyedropper and click on that highlight spot of skin.

The shot will blow out, but then just lower the opacity of the curves layer till the skin looks the way you want.

You can then paint the curves layer mask on or off various parts of the shot so you can keep the tint where you want it

Nice shots, BTW, a very pretty girl.

Best,

Shannon

On the first photo the wall is green on the right side and brown/beigh on the left side with grain or noise on it, while the wall on the second shot has white and gray tones. Not sure how you get those different effects like that.

Sorry the title must be a little misleading.

The third image is in a room with yellow walls and when I use Florescent lamps (blue - daylight temp) the walls become green and the shots have far too much green in them. The other room has a green wall and a cream colored wall.

The first shot is taken against the cream colored wall, and one light is reflecting off the green wall, the other side of the model was highly saturated with Cyan so I desaturated that side of the wall and produce grey.

The second shot is cream colored wall with the Cyan desaturated.

The third shot has the excessive green as mentioned above as it is in the notorious green room.

The last shot is in the room with the cream wall behind her and this wall is not receiving any direct light this time.

Sorry for the confusion.

I do not use flash because I do not see what I am going to get when I shoot - this system allows me to move a light and change the mood dramatically without even disturbing the models pose. So it offers a lot more flexibility but brings with it additional problems due to the nature of each environment.

I looked at your personal website and I can see where that green room might be in need of another paint color. Some good looking pictures on your portfolio though.

Yes - I am going to try this next time - I have not used it in the past because i did not wish to be changing it as often as I change rooms and situations. But i am able to set many so this is not a problem and being closer to correct balance is better than being way off.

Thanks for the remarks. Luckily those shots already taken are less of a challenge now that i have been plaing a littlemore with PS.
