Sarah, head shot

Went to visit with a couple of other GG photographers in the Charleston, SC area this past weekend to shoot with a few models. This was shot in Olli Wendelin's photo studio where we worked on some of his ideas on shooting with gels and props for the backgrounds. Sarah is a GG model.
Critique as you see it.

I like the composition and lighting, but her expression doesn't do much for me in this one. Her eyes look great!
