Olay everyone, Thanks for truly being there for me in the past months as I have put my studio together. Without knowing someone you all still are there and I could get used to this place.
I Have worked diligently and with all new equiptment to get used to is tough. But we are finally doing some work and now I want to know what you think.
Tons to still shoot but here is the first to come out.
The image of my assistant is the shot that I have cannot get focused? I am using Oly equipt for now and want to see the world in her eyes.
Thanks again and I look forward to hearing from you.

PS: Thanks Don at Fantasies image for keeping me laughing.

Thanks alot Don, she will be happy to hear that. I will try not to take so long next time. The lighting you helped me on is great and I really appreciate your help.
How do they look in your opinion otherwise?

The lighting is a bit flat in the first one FOR ME, but alot of people like it in beauty shots...and since this is a beauty shot it works!
second image, I like it just the way it is!! might try a tighter crop on the lips and see if you like it.
Now get that girl back in the studio and show me what you got!!

Very nice images! Are both images of the same model? White balance maybe on the second if shooting digitally. I ask that because the earring on the first is much bluer than the ring and Im assuming they are a matching set.... warm/cold I agree with Don, close in on the lips and the ring. Light on white background really seperates the subject and not distracting. I havent quite got the hang of lighting the whites... Nice images overall, keep shooting and posting.

Thanks Luiz, The two images are from seperate shoots here recently. That is why there is such a different result between the two.
Thanks for your critique and all the help and support. The lips shot was tough. The model held that ring in her mouth for quite awhile to get the angle I was looking for.
I will try cropping it closer and taking more photos.
Rexpectfully,
Marc
