I don's see any problems with the lighting. I'm not sure the poses are optimal for this type of lighting, however, but that is subjective and, I guess, depends on what you were trying to accomplish.

Here's an example of a similar lighting concept:

Cheers,

The high contrast light in #1 works best to expose/accent a models curves. In this case there are several areas of light/dark that overlap in no particular way. The exposure is fine, but the pose needs to be modified for use with this lighting style.

#2 is nice, but he position of her left hand bothers me. Having her fingers tucked in between her legs isn't flattering. And I don't understand what the apple brings to the image.

Thanks for your response. The pose and apple were taken from an image that was seen in the past. It just seem to be a nice looking image that I liked myself. The left hand in that position does look a little awkward I must agree.

Again Thanks
Mike

On the first image I was going for the light/dark/light across boby lighting. As far as pose it was just one in several we did. There is a couple shadows that is present that I didn't like but overall I liked the lighting and wanted to see what others thought.

The second image, like I said above was something I saw a while ago that someone did. Can't remember where I saw it and wasn't really sure just how the hands were placed. The model loved it so I shot this in several different poses. I liked the pose myself. As you said every image can be subjective as to reasons for poses.

Thanks for the comments
