A nice shot. Good setup, etc. Two small suggestions. Keep her hands entirely in the frame, and use a touch more fill from your right to fill in and soften the wrinkles on her left cheek.

Thanks for your comment... the shot was done with only "natural" light from an open window.

Here are the three shots done on the chair she was sitting on and facing the light from the window. No cropping on any of them, only thing I did in Photoshop was to "save for web", and all I did was make the longest side 600.

Cool. We you certainly chose the best cropping. You might consider using a simple white reflector, which would allow you to use the window light for a fill. A white bed sheet, or white foamcore (from your office supply store) both work well. Or in a worse case scenario, you could use some fill flash (set to -1 or -1.5 stops)
