Ingrid again... Just a couple more that she liked form the session. With that said I know that we as photogs have a critical eye and want stride towards perfection. Any help on these would be great...

I am working with limited equipment.... No light meter , yet anyway, 1 monolight and basic backdrop. Any comments on the lighting, pose, emotion would be great.

** Light was to her right side, high and about a 45 degree angle. No reflector or metering was done

** Light almost overhead with an shoot through umbrella no reflector or meter

get a sheet of sheer white nylon and stretch it across a pvc pipe frame - maybe 48x48inches - put your monolight on the other side of it - you will be amazed at the difference! - then use a white card to fill when necessary.

I like the first one but a softbox (or window) would have helped with the harsh shadows and lines.
