The lighting is great. Something about the pose doesn't look right, though. I think it is that she is almost 90 degrees to the viewer while her torso is twisted towards us. The pose doesn't look natural and maybe a little uncomfortable. The other downside is that the placement of her left hand and the highlights on it seemed to visually enlarge and place too much emphasis on that hand. The eye is drawn to the light, so to to emphasize something lighten it, or to not emphasize, darken it.

Whenever I shoot a pose like this, I find it better to have the leg that is creating the strong angle closer to me. In this, her nearest leg is straight which doesn't add any excitement to the lines and angles of the composition. This is just something that I've found works for me, but you might want to try it.

To recap, have her bend the other leg next time, and place her left hand in a slightly darker position. Again great lighting and color theme.
