To me, her hair and eyes are the main focus. If I were going to do the blown out kicker, which I do like, I'd aim it at that area. One more suggestion is to get all of the eye in the camera's view with a slight bit of skin to contain it. Cropping into the eye is a distraction. I am worried that the low camera angle mkes the model look bottom heavy here, that and the dark clothing on light background. I'd raise the camera angle to feature the hair and eyes more. Back to the blown out kicker. I think we get too caught up about holding the detail in the highlights. Just because we can hold detail there does not mean we always should. In the zone system, white without detail and black without detail are useful zones. Why not the same in digital? Let's just make sure we have a reason for the technique, which you use well here. Best regards.

the highlight from the logo or your image almost made me go blind.

as for the photo, I like her expression on her face, but I would of moved her hair off of her shoulder (unless you have one like this). Lately this has been my pet peave when shooting, but it does cause me to slow down more.
