This was my first attempt out of the studio. I used camera flash for some and my son held a 3 foot white reflector for some others.

Number 2 is the most flattering to the model. Most people have round faces and are flattered by short lighting which you have there. On the others, the reflector shots have a more natural look. I would suggest turning the flash down to one or two stops below the ambient. Off camera as a main would be best, rather than flash fill. Could you please send your son over to hold my reflector? Thanks for posting.
