Well, you've discovered the wonders of natural light. Experimenting using natural light alone can produce some tremedous results like what you have here. What I like is the more serious feel which has resulted in a sexier mood than some of your other work. The fact that this isn't on a seamless background adds a realistic feel to the image, which enhances the mood(just my personal preference, but the Doug Lester type stuff is one of the few places I like to see seamless). The depth of field is pretty good, since the blinds are just into the blurred area. The shadows give something to the image, but I don't know how to describe it--depth, mood, drama, shape...
What I don't like is how the night gown is laying across Deanne's (correct me on the spelling) midsection causing her to look larger than she is, just pulling this back a bit would help. Perhaps by bringing the left leg up closer to her chest she could accentuate her curves.
