Okay since the census is that some of you like this image...Im going to tell you how I captured the Angle with my best professional knowledge to date...as everyone kind of knows already, Im at a bit of point of aggrevation and frustration...so DeAnn and I were shooting this series from my usual vantage point..which is a very limited space...and I wasnt impressed with what I was seeing the view finder composition wise(NOT DeANN)..so I said OUTLOUD..F This..and I grabbed the highest damned Stool we had...I climbed up on the stool...as my concerned wife says dont hit your head and what the heck are you doing?....I said trying something NEW.if I start to fall run like the wind!!! Im not bragging here...because I wasnt sure myself that this was a good image.(something Im dealing and struggling with) However when I ran a slide show of the images...the usual vantages points...did nothing for me..and suddenly..light a glowing light..something popped out at me....hey! Thats Different....immediately stopped the slide show...opened it in photoshop..now the first thing I saw was her expression....very relaxed....then the lighting...wasnt too bad(Thanks Craigh)
then composition kind of drew me to her eyes...I liked the way her hands were clutching her...well you know...so Im thinking to myself...maybe this is good..but I still wasnt so sure..so I took the chance and did some post work. then got a great tip from n5wd on some things that would make it better in post.
and ShaZamm!!! A decent image from
Don!
The Moral of this story.....When your in a rut..take some chances do something you've never done....try something you havent tried.....now if you all start seeing me with pop knots on my head and acoustic ceiling stuff in my hair..wait forget the hair....anyway...this was kind of a good lesson for me.
Don. P.S...my I should say F This more often!

Hey Don!

I gotta say, when I first saw this one it immediately stood out to me as one of your best to date... like the new vantage point!

Now all you have to do is stop getting better so I can catch up with you.
