1. The very first thing I noticed was her somber mood. She has a natural scowl so through communication you can direct her to put a small grin and still keep her serious. The light bouncing off the rocks gives your light on her face but you have to look at the suttle shadow that is distracting coming from her nose. If you are going to include hands for a typical portrait pose then a stair step with her fingers will flow better.
2. Get her to laugh and open up a little more. Put her in a lifestyle moment.
3. Probably could crop tighter. Lifting her chin up just a tad would reduce the eyes starting to grow up into her head syndrome.
