IMO, it's just way too sharp. I can see every flaw on her face. It also makes her eyes look over processed. It's just not flattering to her. I can see from the first shot that she has a nice figure. The second shot makes her look very large. I like the idea of smoke, it just isn't working (for me) here. I think if it were more concentrated near the floor it might work better. Remember, just my opinion. Keep shooting McDuff!

I went to the Alien Bees website expecting to find a deal and left with what seems to be a chronic case sticker shock...and someone said these are cheap? er, uh, I mean inexpensive. Maybe I can get a 2nd mortgage on my Lexus to pay for them. Oh wait! Someone find me the post and details on those Home Depot lights!!!!

The second image is not flattering to the model at all. The crop and where the jacket falls makes it appear her midsection has no shape or form. I am guilty of too much sharpening at times, but the second image in the post is extreme. Also shooting "up the nose" and with the hot spot on the right side of her face (viewers left), it makes her appear heavy, while the first photo shows she is clearly not heavy. I like the first image, but I think the second needs reconsideration as it is not flattering to the model.
