since i'm not a model--and the world is probly truly grateful for that--i don't have to worry about the appearance of my own eyes. but you're 100% right, mikey.
i was blind in one eye for about ten years. just two years ago they were willing to do the surgery to correct and it was successful, altho i have a synthetic lens in that eye. and yeah, i still managed to make a living as a one-eyed camera guy. (we have two ya know... eyes i mean) i still use my left eye to the viewfinder as a result, even tho the ergonomics of most video cameras are right-eye designed.
before my right eye was corrected, the pupil had begun turning to the right, rather dramatically. so it would look like one eye was looking at you and the other was looking away which is why so many people probly didn't trust me. but still to this day, i know there's a lot of difference between the appearance of my two eyes and i suspect there's lots of people out there, for many reasons, who might have problems with theie eyes which cause outward appearance problems with their eyes as you're pointing out, mike.
