I understand why you used the vignette, but I still don't like it, not that you should care one way or another. I especially don't like the really weird truncated-oval shape which makes it way too obvious exactly why you used that shape.
The lighting is not bad for inexperience and limited resources (regarding which I am an expert. [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] ) The pose is a little awkward but not without charm, and the smile is quite nice. The model is a little slender to have her ribs thrust up so prominently, and the lighting is a bit too hot on her breast. I'm fairly sure you Photoshopped her face: you didn't do a bad job of it but it's a little oversmoothed if you did. If you didn't, wow, that's good skin. If this is the extent of your posing platform, try curling her up like a cat in various configurations and see if you can't find something you like.
