It's too small to comment on very much. Are those freckles/beauty marks or blemishes? At this scale they just look like something that should go. The lighting is interesting, but the shadows have no detail. (That could be scale/compression issues.) I would have fixed under her eyes a bit, and possibly blurred the lines in her neck. Some people would say the expression looks a bit blank, but I like this particular expression.

I too agree with Marc. It would help to see a larger image. You can post a larger image at Image Venue for free. Then post it here on GG

posted in the image venue site. Told it to resize to 700 on the long side, i think that is a bit too big. Any idea what would be a decent pixel size so it is viewable, but not huge? Thanks for your comments.
