Greetings all,

Just wanted to get some feedback and see what others thought of this shot. Been following the forum for a while, and finally decided to post.

Thanks,

Jeff

every time I see one of this type photos I think "I bet that's stickery". Believe me a "roll in the hay" was not fun even back in the days of long hay, and this baled stuff is a killer.

I might have lightened them up a tad too much. Thanks for the feedback, it's greatly appreciated.

You've got a nice set up here with a beautiful model, but out here in the midwest and in all the barns I've been in, I have yet to see one with a blue canvas/muslin background in it. I must be living a sheltered life or have been in the wrong barns.

Thanks for the kind words, and I agree, you don't see many barns with blue muslin in them. Does the shot work better as a B&W so you don't notice the blue?

Thanks for the feedback, it's greatly appreciated!

I'd just darken the blue so that people like me will just think its a weathered tarp.
I love her eyes.

It does indeed work better and since I a bigger fan of b/w than color, It really works now.

i've only been in a bard once or twice in my life, so i don't know about blue tarps or muslins or whatever. it is distracting tho.

but great model and nice shot. it's kinda like the famous jane russel wonder-bra shot for that howard hughes movie (i think shot by george hurrell).. only its contemporary.

Thanks for the feedback! I never would have thought of it as a "Jane Russel" kind of shot until you said that. That's a cool impression from the shot.

As for the distracting blue...I haven't been able to figure out an acceptable way to get rid of it other than making it a black and white. The black and white version really works for me, just wish I could figure out how to fix the color version. I guess I just need to re-shoot the set up for the color version. Thanks again for the feedback, it's greatly appreciated.
