#1 is a decent setup, but I think it would look much better if that were a sunset she was walking into. As it is most of what is in front of her is pretty washed out.

#2 looks pretty good, but it's kinda hard to judge at this size. Most people prefer a pic to be around 600 on the longest side, as this is big enough to see the pic, but not so large that it requires scrolling.

Keep 'em coming.

#1 - I realize this has been said, but try this at sunset. Also, you might want to lower the exposure to get more of the background visible (again, at sunset, the sun wouldn't be reflecting off of, and therefore blasting out, as much of the water) and up the fill flash to compensate. Also, the tan lines are really distracting.

#2 - I'll comment on this one since I'm young and my eyes are better than some people here (kidding!). Little too much headroom (for my taste) and you cut off just a smidge of her sleeve which is annoying and rather easy to recreate in photoshop. Otherwise I think it's quite nice. Oh, also, opposite of #1...I think the background is a smidge UNDERexposed here.

Also, hell of a model you've got there. She's right purdy.

EDITED to add - one more thing I noticed in #2 (gee guess my eyes ARENT that good) that I would have suggested you and your model rotate around the tree a few degrees to get that house out of the BG.
