This is only my second glamour shoot so far, and I wanted some feedback on some of the work I'm doing.

Thanks,

Wiley,

I like this image.. nice looking model, graceful pose, but not much of her personality is showing... kind of a neutral expression on her face. Maybe if she were looking at the camera, with a more interested look? The image, itself, seems a bit "cool", color wise.. I noticed much the same "coolness" in the other images in your GG portfolio, as well. Maybe it's the difference in monitors, or just personal preference.

Wiley,

Nice image, nice model. I agree that eye contact might have improved the image. But I have two major issues: the light on the left side seems too "hot"; and with her hip cocked out like it is it makes her butt look pointy. Keep shooting and keep posting.

OK. I picked another one from the same setup--this time more eye contact, and I made the skin tones a little warmer. The lights probably were a little hot, as I was going for a very angular lighting effect. First time out with these studio lights for me...

Thanks for the comments!

Wiley,
You have a great camera and I don't see you getting the best out of it. Maybe your post shooting methods could be improved. I agree, the lighting is too harsh and the ratio too great for this session of AnaMarie. Black clothes and a black background add to my feeling of too much contrast. Also, the image is a little soft for my taste.
AnaMarie is an ideal model that has many poses that "work" and will be shooting her again this Saturday. Below are samples of similar posees.

With black background...
