Klaude-
Looks good for just being shot at a car show. It appears that you had a variety of lighting conditions and you handled them well.

Welcome and thanks for the post.

You did very well for snapshooting in a chaotic lighting environment with a P&S. However, on my screen all the images look *extremely* soft. The first girl, in particular, seems to have a slight case of Barbie Disease. Did you do a blur on them or some other softening technique? If so, you might want to dial that down a notch. If you had in-camera sharpening turned off or way down, turning it up a bit, or preferably post-sharpening, might enhance the pics.

I just had neat image for Mac not long ago, and somefriend told me my image was too much sharp. I must over did it. It is not easy to shoot in a crowd at a show, you have to be fast, so my setting was semi manual (aperture priority) instead of full manual. I left white balance to automatic, due to enormous lightning change condition. As for sharpening I left it in normal (sharp mode is too sharp, and soft is.... soft). I wish I had more than 5 sec to shoot, so may be next time i will go in a workshop ;-)))

Thanks again ;-)
