On my monitor the skin starts very red at the top of her forehead and fades to a strong yellow at the bottom. I am not sure I care for her expression. Keep posting.

I can't get a feel for any expression here, it's just a snapshot. Elicit an expression from your models. Happy, sad, sexy, funny, whatever. In this shot she's just looking at the camera like you're doing a light test. Retool, rethink, reshoot, and post again.

Technically, fine.

I'm not sure I agree with the "no expression" criticisms from some other guys as many a model has built a career with a "vacant stare" or a "lights are on but nobody's home" look.

I think there's two problems with this image: 1) the framing, which I think should be tighter; and 2) her eye make-up (or lack of it.) she's a very pretty girl but her eyes are a little on the small side so they need some accenting. You get her eyes done right and you'll lie awake at night thinking about her.
