I'm having a hard time deciding which of the following versions I like best..
Let's see what the majoriryt thinks of it:
cross-processed:


black&white:


I wonder if I should've used a reflector just below the model's arms, to lighten up the shadows. although I think they're not too dark, as in black..

You were obviously "going for" a "washed out" look in the top (yellow) image, but I think it detracts from the model, probably because she is blonde.

I much prefer the stark contrasts of the b/w version, which seems to match her muscular "look" better (even her make-up). I do think that you should have added a bit of light from underneath her breasts. I probably would have used a white reflector rather than a soft light, but that is just me.

I agree. To me the top photo looks too washed out...maybe another background color? [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img] I prefer the bottom photo, it just seems to contain more detail. I'm not sure a reflector is necessary. The shadows add depth to the image, and are not at all objectionable on my monitor.

Just my 2 cents.

Personally, I like the B&W. The color, cross processed one seems a bit flat.
