Hey Bob, just a few things I'd like to bring up. It should go without saying, but I'll say it anyway, your model is an attractive woman. Now on to the critique.
On the right side of her face there are three light spots: one under her eye, one just to the right of her nostril and one at the corner of her mouth. There is a dark line that goes from the tip of her nose to the bottom of her eye. Try using the Healing Brush to blend them into the shadows.
Those uncontrollable locks of hair always seem to bring out a disparity between the highlights and shadows. Try bringing the tone of her nose down to a just noticable difference to the shadow the hair created. Also blend the highlightts under the nose to the same color of gray as the shadow itself. Blend the lipstick to match the rest of her lips.
I would clone out the earing and the one wayward strand of hair to her left and maybe, maybe, burn in her left shoulder just a bit. You might also consider putting this image in the post production forum and see what the real photoshop gurus can do. The good thing about that forum when people tell you what they think is wrong they can also show you what they mean.
Fix a few of the bugs to your taste and you'll have a nice "thought" piece.
