Not glamour but..... (Multiple Images)

These are some images of Mica a plus-size model out of Bloomington Indiana. We had the luxuary of shooting on the University of Indiana campus; which is rated one of the top campuses in the U.S. Our goal was some casual and fashion looks. Comment if you like.

Okay, if "plus-sized" is all people are seeing in this model, there's something seriously awry with the world... The fourth is my personal fave, but they're all strong photos of an attractive model.

Attitude counts for far more than dress size.

There should be a designation beginning today.
For models that are not the normal glamour model size.
Lets call them the 1 X's ( one size up.).

She is a size 8 tops, that is not plus-size. To me, plus size is size 20and up. She is beautiful. She has great poise. And a fabulous attitude. I would work with her anytime.

In the modeling industry plus size starts at size 12-18. Mica according to her stats is a 14 (dress) on a 5'9" frame. Only if a size 20 can "carry" clothes and is exceptionally beautiful, can get commercial/editorial work.
