Raising Money

I'm looking for investors in a real estate project, we need to raise 1-2 million in hard money to use as collateral for an 8 million project that already has commitments for all of the units that would be available for sale and was thinking of setting up a website to find investors, does anyone have any experience in doing something like this or have any advice on how to proceed.

Your funny Mark I actually did LOL. Maybe I can talk to some of my airforce buddies, I wonder how much money a C-130 can hold. Sounds like an idea for a action movie.
