So should I stop drinking it? Just curious, thanks and thanks for being a part of the G1 community and family, I'm seriously interested in this topic as I started drinking it a year ago and have since reduced it drinking it aby 90%, thanks, rg.

It seems to indicate that most of the bad things one here's about Red Bull are just basically urban myth. It goes into detail on some of these. The ingredient, taurine, is also found in baby formula. The article points this out and also talks about the 3 deaths supposedly associated with the product. In each case, no direct link was apparently found.

Anyway the article raises interesting questions and lays most of them to rest. But it does agree with what I initially said, that the high caffeine content could easily have an adverse effect on those who are susceptible to too much caffeine.

I know some people have been mixing red bull with high caf, drink like vault and mountain dew ...as well as vodka ect...
