Now that I have grown up, I think it is time for me to find an agency that suits me well. I have been modeling since I was a little girl with my mom and she had been with a specific agency for a while, but today's world has changed drastically meaning that the agency has turned things around totally. From information that I have received from a few former models that have been with them say not to even bother. I just want to know if there are any reputable, well-known, great agencies in the Carolina area that you guys would refer.

Thanks

HIYA PEBBLEZ!!!

I asked the two people I know down that way(Rock hill S.C.) the only place they'd heard of is a place called Millie Lewis talent.
Now, that being said, these guys I know are just regular workers, not photographers etc. So take the info with a grain of salt.
But I didnt want to see your post go unanswered, so i gave them a call and asked.
Keep smilin

Pebblez,

Charleston is not the epicenter for modeling as you know. I'm guessing the agency you've been with may even be the one recommended in the prior post. Here's the thing and I hope you take this as helpful.

I've seen your port on MM and here and any really, really good agency is going to want some better shots. You're pretty but you definitely need some better shots. Now maybe you've got a ton of great work in your book and just don't post them online - which means I'm wrong. But if you're book isn't killer, why not work on getting the book perfected before you take your shot at a "real" agency. There are several great photographers around Charleston and there's always ARTFORMS if you want to travel a bit. He does some very nice work.

Cheers,
LSC
