Studio rental space in Miami - S. Florida... anyone?

Hey Guys... I'm starting to network in the Miami/West Palm Florida areas and am going to be needing shooting space from time to time.

Does anyone know of an existing co-op/group of photographers with a working studio in the S. Florida area? If not, are there 5-10 photographers that would like to get together to create one? I'm not digging the $1,000 per day PLUS liability, PLUS equipment rental, PLUS full price deposit for gear, PLUS, Plus, plus... yada-yada-yada....... That's tough to swallow when my day rate is only $2,500... ouch... too big a cut.

I'm not quite to the point where I'm willing to be the front man for a new co-op, but if I can't find an existing one, I'll probably start researching starting doing so sometime next year Q2-3 2007.

Anyone have info/interest?
