I normally do sports photography and a few weddings and prom pics, but today I was offered a job photographing a pro fishing team (group and individuals). I was told to name my price. The photos will be used for advertising and I would like some advise on how to price this. They are going to provide transportation for me, which is a 2 hour drive one way and they want 2 hours worth of work. This will be an out doors shoot. They want no photos just Digital files on CD. The total day will be 6 to 7 hours long.

Greetings
You didn't state the scope of the usage. The geographic location used, size of the publication it will run in, length of time it will run, etc. A good book to get started with is ASMP Professional Business Practices in Photography. Don't use it as a bible though. Get to know what is acceptable within your market.
When you say "pro" I assume they have corporate sponsorship? If so, corporate sponsors are used to dealing with paying for photography in this manner. The great majority of the ones that I deal with are. Every so often some education is needed.
Good luck with your gig.
