camera height, focal length chosen, and position of legs?

Camera height just above knee and slightly wide angle lens (40mm, in 35mm equivalent)? Legs more to the front of pic rather than trailing behind..

It doesn't have to be a wide-angle lens, as they are also prone to causing distorted looking legs--it's about the lower angle, including shooting floor level, the lower the angle, the longer the legs will appear and the more slim your subject will appear. Shoot high, and down, you'll get the opposite, shorter legs and a heavier model. Just my thoughts, thanks, rg sends!

thanks Ro'...

Seeing some other samples on-site here, I did notice they were not a wide angle lens and the legs were, at times, just ever so slightly closer to the lens than the rest of the body.
