Agree with the previous comments - well done post-processing, super use of natural lighting, beautiful subject. Nice shot overall.
The blush might be a bit heavy, but what distracts me is the arm tattoo. Or more precisely, how the composition absorbs her arm. The right side of the image is mostly composed of large areas of plain natural tones. The left side of the image has patterns and colors - it's busy while the right side is quiet. To my eye the tat on her right arm makes her arm visually belong more to the background than to her body. The shape of the art on her shoulder gives a natural vertical separation, reinforcing the disassociation of her arm from her body.
Still, it's good stuff, sort of like a smokin' hot Venus de Milo. It reminds me a lot of one of Rolando's book covers.
