Hi everyone,

I'm planing my first shoot abroad and would like to know what to say when I arrive in Spain.

Well, my situation is the following:
I'm Brazilian, living in London, married to a Italian, with live and work permission for UK on my passport.
I'm not sure if this permission is extended for the whole Europe due to EU.

Anyway, my question is:
When I arrive at the airport with my equipment (camera, lenses, 3 speedlites, tripods and reflectors) and they ask me what I'm going to do in Spain for 3 days, what should I say?
1 - I'm coming to spend 3 days and photography is my hobbie
2 - I'm a professional photographer and I came along with models and make up artist to take some photos in your beautiful country

Any help regarding shooting abroad laws are welcome.

Thanks

If you are arriving with make up artist and models in tow, I would find out what kind of work permits you need before arriving.

I just hate it when I arrive in Spain with my gear, some models and then have to start dealing with all the red tape.

Wait! I have never been more than 27 miles away from home, so what do I know?

Well, In Europe it's not very difficult to be abroad when you are 27 miles away from home.
By the way, the flight ticket is cheaper than a ride on a cab to a location, literally.

Though I'm Spanish living in Spain don't take my words for sure but I think that having work permission in UK and going to Spain only 3 days I don't think you'll have any trouble saying option 2.

But if you go to the Spanish embassy in London they'll tell you for sure. And you travel more confident
