Beautiful girl, and I like your shot. Nice and clean, well composed, IMO.
However, I'm experiencing something unusual about her eyes - the iris on the viewer's left seems darker (on my screen, anyway). It may be a psychological effect on the viewer since that side of her face is lighter. You might consider tweaking it a bit in PS to lighten that side.
Or not, as I'm probably a victim of bad eyes and a poor monitor.
