You have three photos in your G1 portfolio and they look nice. They are a little small. Usually shoot for about 400 x 700 landscape shots and 600 x 400 for portrait mode shots. You can upload larger (up to 1000 x 1000), but G1 will reduce the size to 600x400 for placing into a post. You can use the [Images] link to pick one of your photos to post.
Cheers,
rfs

Obviously I don't know what I am doing. Why are my photos and text all over the place? Geez....Thank you, I will try to resize them differently.

I've edited the post for you. But basically, you place the cursor where you want a photo and then use the images command. Then you place the cursor somewhere else and paste another one in. It looks like you had the cursor at the top of your post when you clicked on the Images link. If you want to choose several in a row from the Images window, then they will be ganged together one after another. I placed a blank line inbetween each block of code that the images command generated.

Cheers,
rfs

Good composition and from what I can tell, sharpness is also good. I think the lighting and cropping could be improved on two of them, however.

#1 -- try not to cut off the fingers
#2 -- I'd suggest turning her hand to show less surface (shrinking the hand) and more light on the coat. You've got the detail in the coat, so you can do that in post.
#3 -- I like this one the best

Great model..love the eyes and hair.

I see the Hurrell influence, but not the Newton.
Very nice work, though. As RFS said, they're a bit small for any serious evaluation. To my out-of-focus eyes, the first two are adequately sharp; not so sure about the third. The contrast in the first seems too great - you've flattened (and flattered) her facial so much that there's almost a posterization effect. Makes for nice smooth skin tones, but moves the image toward unreality, which isn't, I think, what you intended. As mentioned, watch fingertips.
Second is, IMO, the best of the three, although you might want to crop in a bit tighter. I'd probably cut off the top (eliminate the white "ribbon" stripe) and even come in on the right to eliminate the white "flower." Lighting a bit too flat as well. But that's just my opinion.
Third is very good, but there seems to be a bit of softness, almost lack of focus about her face and forehead. Might just be me. Nice composition. But the dark throw soaks up some of the light that should be reflected up to soften her facial features and flatten the lighting of her face a bit.

Beautiful subject - as others, love the hair and eyes.

Welcome, and thanks for sharing.
