Well I dont visit often enough as I used to waaaay back when but if anyone comes across any Nikon D1x's and White lightning mono lights for sale, please keep me in mind. I had lots and lots of gear stolen, actually ALL my equipment stolen from my vehicle in San angelo, Tx. There's been a big shopping spree from thieves these past couple of weeks so Im guessing it may end up in another city. Oh yeah and the wonderful bag I won from the Garage Glamour first annual photographer contest got taken too! Rolando can you hook me up again?

Wait, you're telling me that you actually left your photo gear in the car around Christmas time? Ok, it sucks that your stuff got stolen, but it's almost as bad as walking into a strip club and complaing about seeing naked women. There's always crime spree's in parking lots all over the country around this time of year.

Just what he needed dude, an "I told you so"

Good luck on finding you stuff and if there's any insurance, you can pick up a D2x cheap since the D3 came out.

LOL it's alright. I can take the 'kick me while I'm down approach'. But he's right, I was too damn foolish to leave it in my vehicle. No insurance either. =( It might take me a while to get back to where I was at but eventually I'll get there. I had my eye on the D300 since the D3 is a bit pricey. I'll miss the feel of my D1X but the D300 will give me better results. I wanted to upgrade but not like this. lol This forum has always inspired me so I'm not ready to quit just yet.
