Ripped off by a fellow member - suggestions?

I may be wrong, but this site promotes the improvement of all involved. To improve we must interact honestly and straight up. So if this person is acting in a manor outside of good business practices then I say ban them.

My moderator take on this is: send him one more PM asking for the UPS tracking information. Tell him that if it is not promptly forthcoming that you'll be forced to take unpleasant action. When you've sent the PM, post to this thread to let us publicly know you've sent the PM. Then you're covered. If you then get no response after 7 days, then perhaps sending a note to the moderators with the person's name will be the next step.
