Curious, what color spaces setting would you recommend using and why, AdobeRGB or sRGB?

The answer will depend a lot on your workflow and what the desired end use will be. Since most of my work ends up getting converted to CMYK I use Adobe1998 since it has a larger color space than sRGB (I believe, if not please correct me.) I shoot exclusively in RAW and usually manually color balance the shot. Since each of my clients has a different output type and output profile the captured color space is of less importance. Let us know what your final use usually is and we can try to tailor the answer more to your particular needs.
